Terms & Conditions
Bookings can be made by e-mail or telephone. The owner will confirm availability on receipt of an email or booking request. Bookings will only be confirmed by the Owner upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of total price. The balance will be required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If you have to cancel your booking please contact us immediately and confirm your cancellation in writing (eMail). We shall do our best to re-let the property. If we are successful we will refund to you all the monies received, less your deposit. If we are unable to re-let, the following cancellation charges will apply
Arrival & Departure Times
Rental periods usually commence from 3.00 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on the Saturday of departure. (Weekly rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season, but this is negotiable at other times; weekends, or mid-week breaks by agreement only)
Responsibilities of the Resident during rental period
We accept Credit/Debit cards, bank transfers or on-line bookings.
The Owners and their employees or agents are not liable and cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the Owners, their employees or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms contained in the Sales of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provision of Section 40 of the said Act. In the event of breach of contract on the part of the Owners, their employees or agents, any loss and/or damage, including consequential loss sustained by the Hirer shall be limited to the sum paid by the Hirer to the Owners.
